Work Visa Issuance

A Work Visa is an entry permit for residency in the Kingdom for work purposes only.

All requests must approved as per the approvals table below

Steps
Requirements

The country/city where the visa will be issued must have a Saudi Embassy or Consulate.

All jobs titles must be in the job directory of the Saudi Labor Office and must be match with Kaust contract.

The applicant’s degree must be match with job title.

This procedure applies to all new hires coming from outside of the Kingdom, this can only be applied for by HR.

All of the requirements below are subject to change at any time:

A completed work visa application form
A clear copy of the applicant’s passport.
A clear copy of the dependents’ passports in case their family will accompany them at the same time.
Permit of residency if the applicant is not applying through their home country.
