Visa is an official authorization to enter a country. You may not be able to travel to or enter the country if you do not obtain an appropriate visa.

Should Know

Please visit the website by clicking here where you will find all requirements and Complete the USA application.
Payment must be done in VFS. If you would like GA assistance, submit a request as below and provide the required documents* and the exact amount of cash in GA center: KAUST portal: GA eservices > Visa services > Applying for Foreign Visa > USA
Once the payment is completed, make an appointment from the website for the interview.
Attend the interview at the USA Consulate in Jeddah.
After you receive a contact to send your document to VFS, the applicant needs to deliver to VFS with the required documents* by him/ herself.
When you receive a contact from VFS to collect passport, please complete the following steps. through KAUST portal :
A. Submit a request from KAUST portal: GA eservices > Visa services > Passport pick up > USA
B. Provide required documents.*
C. Once the GA representative collect the original passport and ready in KAUST, GA will send an email.

All of the requirements and fees below are subject to change at any time depending on the regulations of the country.
Applicants should apply for the visa at least three months before the travel date.
If copy of Exit re-entry visa is needed, it must be in PDF format which can be issued by the sponsor. (If it is KAUST, please contact GA by email.)
