Visa (Turkish)

Visa is an official authorization to enter a country. You may not be able to travel to or enter the country if you do not obtain an appropriate visa.

Should Know

Visit the website where you will find the all the requirements, visa fees, checklist and make an appointment.
Applicants must submit the required documents by themselves to the visa application center in Jeddah.
Once you receive a SMS from the visa center to pick up the passport collection, submit a request from your KAUST portal go to GA eservices > Visa services > Passport pick up
Send by the UPS (mail carrier) the original receipt to the GA center
Once the GA representative collect the original passport, GA center will deliver it to your address by the UPS (mail carrier).

Salary certificate (without allowance) for employee, Enrollment letter for student which addressing Turkish Consulate General. To address in the letter, applicant must contact HR/ Graduate Affairs for the modification.
Travel medical insurance is a copy of Bupa card and the certificate of membership from Bupa website.
Bank statements must be up to date
