• For non-Saudi applicant, Resident information (Muqeem information) and copy of Exit re-entry visa in PDF format.

• Copy of Iqama

• The applicant Salary letter from KAUST with color Stating Salary, Iqama number, position and date of hiring/monthly stipend for students

• Two 3.5 x 4.5 size recent photos with white background (no glasses)

• Trip details (ticket and hotel booking)

• For business trip, an Invitation letter and the Unique Entity Number (UEN) from the inviter with signature and stamp.

• For tourist visa please fill the LETTER OF INTRODUCTION VISA APPLICATION from Singaporean citizen with signature and a copy of his/her Singapore ID card from both sides, or from any person has a P.R.I. (Permanent resident card in Singapore). Chinese citizen need a copy of their China ID card.

• The passport must be valid for at least six months and three blank pages

• For Resident information (Muqeem information) and copy of Exit re-entry visa in PDF format, contact  GA by email. For dependent, Exit re-entry visa can be printed from the sponsor’s Absher.

• Page number one of the application form, write the address in your origin Country.

• Do not write the date in the last page of the application form and do not use correction pen.

• For family dependents, a letter explains that they will be under his/her responsibility and all the expenses will cover by him/her during the visit.
