Applicant deliver the application and required documents by her/himself to the embassy of Romania in Riyadh for interview and finger print.
The embassy of Romania will send back the passport by DHL.
Original passport
Clear copy of the passport
Copy of Iqama
Copy of Exit re-entry visa
The applicant Identification certificate from KAUST with color Stating Salary, Iqama number, position and date of hiring/monthly stipend for students.
For business or study travel, invitation letter
Two 3.5×4.5 size recent photos with white background (no glasses)
Trip details (ticket and hotel booking)
Travel medical insurance
Bank statement for the last 6 months (must be stamped from the bank)
