Complete the following steps through KAUST portal go to GA eservices > Visa Services > Applying for Visa
Send by UPS (mail carrier) the below documents to the GA center
Once the GA representative collect the passport with the visa from the consulate the GA center will send it to your address by the UPS (mail carrier).
Original passport
Clear copy of passport
Copy of Iqama
Copy of Exit re-entry visa
The applicant Identification certificate from KAUST Stating Salary, Iqama number, position and date of hiring/monthly stipend for students.
Sponsor’s letter stating his full responsibility for the applicant during his stay in Nigeria with complete address and guaranteeing his return to Saudi Arabia
Two 3 x 4 size recent photos with white background (no glasses)
For business or study travel, invitation letter
