Visa (Jordanian)

Visa is an official authorization to enter a country. You may not be able to travel to or enter the country if you do not obtain an appropriate visa.

Should Know

Submit a request from KAUST portal: go to GA eservices > Visa Services > Applying for Visa
Send by UPS (mail carrier) the below documents to GA center
Once the GA representative collect the passport with the visa from the consulate the GA center will send it to your address by the UPS (mail carrier).

Fill the below visa application form. Jordanian Visa Application Form

Original passport
Copy of passport
Copy of iqama
Copy of valid exit re-entry visa
Applicant identification certificate from KAUST stating salary, iqama number, position and date of hiring/monthly stipend for students
Two 3.5 x 4.5 size recent photos with white background (no glasses)
Trip details (ticket and hotel booking)

Fees

270 SAR

The requirements and fees below are subject to change at any time depending on the updated regulations of the country.
Passport must be valid for at least 6 months and 3 blank pages
Student occupation for some countries need an approval from the ministry of interior in Jordan, it will take ten working days and 130 SR for approval
