Applicants must make an appointment through the website and attend it in person. Deliver application and required documents to Indonesian Consulate in Jeddah by themselves and do an interview
Once the passport is ready to pick up, submit a request from KAUST portal: go to GA eservices > Visa Services> Passport pick up
Send by UPS (mail carrier) the original receipt to GA center

Copy of iqama (must be valid for more than 4 months)
The applicant identification certificate from KAUST stating salary, iqama number, position and date of hiring/monthly stipend for students.
Three 3 x 4 size recent photos with white background (no glasses)
Trip details (Flight reservation and Hotel booking)
Bank statement for the last three months (stamped from the bank with balance of 6000 SR)
For business, study, family or social travel, invitation letter.
Fees
Non Tourism Visa (Extendable): 550SAR
Tourism Visa (Not Extendable): 420SAR
