Submit a request from KAUST portal Go to the GA eservices >Visa Services> Applying for Visa
Send by UPS (mail carrier) the below documents to the Government Affairs center
Check the requirements from the below website.

Original passport
Clear copy of the passport
Copy of Iqama
Copy of a valid exit re-entry visa
The applicant Identification certificate from KAUST Stating Salary, Iqama number, position and date of hiring/monthly stipend for students
Bank statement for the last three months (must be stamped from the bank)
Two 3 x 4 size recent photos with white background (no glasses)
Trip details (ticket and hotel booking)
For business or study travel, invitation letter
