Submit the required documents to the Philippine consulate in Jedda by themselves and make an interview.
Submit a request from KAUST portal Go to the GA eservices > Visa Services> Passport pick up
Send by UPS (mail carrier) the original receipt to the Government Affairs center

A clear copy of the passport
Copy of Iqama (must be valid for more than 4 months)
Copy of a valid exit re-entry visa
The applicant Identification certificate from KAUST in color Stating Salary, Iqama number, position and date of hiring/monthly stipend for students
Two 3 x 4 size recent photos with white background (no glasses)
Trip details (ticket and hotel booking)
Bank statement for the last three months (must be stamped from the bank)
