Visa is an official authorization to enter a country. You may not be able to travel to or enter the country if you do not obtain an appropriate visa.

Submit the requirements to the Ethiopian consulate in Jeddah by themselves.
Once the passport is ready to collect, submit a request from KAUST portal: go to the GA eservices > Visa Services> Passport pick up
Send by UPS (mail carrier) the original receipt to GA center
Ethiopian visa application (will be provided at the consulate)
Original passport
Clear copy of the passport
Copy of Iqama
Copy of a valid exit re-entry visa in PDF format for non-Saudi applicant.
The applicant Identification certificate from KAUST Stating Salary, Iqama number, position and date of hiring/monthly stipend for students
Two 3.5 x 4.5 size recent photos with white background (no glasses)
Fees
150 SAR

The passport must be valid for at least six months and three blank pages
For Exit re-entry visa PDF format, please contact GA. For dependents, it can be printed from the sponsor’s Absher.
