Submit a request from KAUST portal Go to the GA eservices > Visa Services > Apply for visa
Send by UPS (mail carrier) the required documents to GA center
Check the requirements from the below website.
Cyprus Visa
Original passport and copy.
Copy of the passport
Copy of Iqama.
Copy of a valid exit re-entry visa in PDF format for non-Saudi applicant.
The applicant Identification certificate from KAUST in color stating Salary, Iqama number, position and date of hiring/monthly stipend for students and No need stamp from Chamber of Commerce.
Two 3.5 x 4.5 size recent photos with white background (no glasses)
Trip details (ticket and hotel booking).
Travel medical insurance (Certificate of Membership) from Bupa webiste.
Bank statement for the last three months (must be stamped from the bank).
Fees

Passport must be valid for at least six months and three blank pages.
For exit re-entry visa PDF format, contact GA. For dependents, it can be printed from the sponsor’s Absher.
