Submit a request from KAUST portal Go to the GA eservices > Visa Services > Apply for visa
Send by UPS (mail carrier) the requirements to GA center
Once the GA representative collect the original passport, the GA will send it to your address by the UPS (mail carrier).
Original passport
Copy of the passport
Copy of Iqama (must be valid for more than 4 months)
Two 3 x 4 size recent photos with white background (no glasses)
Applicant Identification certificate from KAUST Stating Salary, Iqama number, position and date of hiring/monthly stipend for students
For business or study travel, invitation letter
Fees
200 SAR in cash
