Visa is an official authorization to enter a country. You may not be able to travel to or enter the country if you do not obtain an appropriate visa.

Should Know

Applicants who are not eligible to apply for the electronic visa, please follow below steps.

Visit the VFS website where you will find all the requirements and the checklist of the visa and make an appointment.
Applicant deliver the requirements and make fingerprint on the day of the appointment in the Visa Application Center in Jeddah.
Once you received SMS from the visa center for passport collection, submit a request from KAUST portal Go to the GA eservices > Visa Services> Passport pick up
Send by UPS (mail carrier) the original passport and the receipt to GA center
Once the GA representative collect the original passport the GA center will send it to your address by the UPS (mail carrier).

All steps, requirements and fees are subject to change at any time depending on the updated regulations of the country.

The Working days of the Visa Application Center in Jeddah – Sunday to Thursday.
The applicant Identification certificate from KAUST must be with colors stating Salary, Iqama number, position and date of hiring/monthly stipend for students and No need to stamp from Chamber of Commerce.
Travel medical insurance is a copy of Bupa card and the certificate of membership from Bupa website please click HERE
Bank statements must be up to date.
