Update Passport Information

This is an important process to update the new passport information in the Saudi Government system to be allowed to travel outside the Kingdom. If resident renews the passport while outside the Kingdom, the resident must travel with both passport and show to Saudi immigration at the entry point to the Kingdom.

Execution Duration: 2- 3 business days

Steps

For KAUST employees and students

Go to GA eservices on KAUST portal > Residency services> Update passport information

For Dependents : The sponsor needs to update the information from the MOI (Absher).

For dependent, if there is an error,

My Services > Passports > Tawasul > New Requests > Choose Sector :Update and Extend the passport > Choose Service: Update passport problems > Upload the new passport > Describe the request in the bottom box
If you need assistance for this process, please come to GA center with the Iqama of the dependent and the old and the new passport.

For Workers such as Domestic helpers :

The sponsor needs to update the information from the MOI (Absher).
Login to the MOI (Absher) account > Go to Workers > Services > Update Resident Passport information
