Student Visa Issuance

A Student Visa is an entry permit for residency in the Kingdom for educational purposes only.

Important:

All requests must approved as per the approvals table below
Visa Approval Letter is valid for 90 days to be submitted to the Saudi Embassy or Consulate.
The country/city where the visa will be issued must have a Saudi Embassy or Consulate.
All new students should apply through Graduate Affairs

This procedure applies to all new students coming from outside of the Kingdom; this can only be applied for by Graduate Affairs

Documents

All of the requirements below are subject to change at any time:
Fill-in the applications form.
A clear copy of the student passport.
A clear copy of the dependents passports in case their family will come with the student at the same time.
Permit of residency in case the applicant is not applying through their home country.
The signatures on the form are very important. In the absence of the authorized person a delegated person can sign on their behalf provided a delegation letter will be submitted to GA.
The vise approval letter process takes 7 business days to be issued.

This procedure applies to all new students coming from outside of the Kingdom; this can only be applied for by Graduate Affairs.
