Schengen Visa (Polish)
The Schengen visa is a short-stay authorization issued by one of the Member States of the Schengen Area. It allows you to stay in or transit through the territory of all the Schengen
Member States and to travel between them without any borders. Entry to and departure from the Schengen zone is possible through any Member State. If you are going to stay in more than one country, you must to apply from the country in which the duration of staying is the longest.

Deliver the application and required documents to the Embassy in Riyadh and submit to finger printing.

Copy of Iqama
Copy of a valid exit re-entry visa in PDF format which can be issued by the sponsor.
The applicant Identification certificate from KAUST must be printed in color, stating Salary, Iqama number, position and date of hiring, or monthly stipend for students. It does not need attestation from Chamber of Commerce.
Invitation letter for business & Study travel only
Sponsor’s letter stating his full responsibility for the applicant during his stay in Poland for business or study trip
Bank statement for the least six months which must be stamped from the bank
Two 3.5 x 4.5cm size recent photos with white background without glasses
Travel medical insurance is a copy of Bupa card and the certificate of membership from Bupa website.
