Saudi Passport Loss / Damage
Saudi passport is an official travel document for Saudi nationals. If the passport holder looses or damages it, it must be reported immediately. This procedure is to replace a lost or damaged Saudi passport for the applicant or the dependents. This service applies to Saudi nationals only.

Make a payment through SADAD.
Login to MOI portal (Absher) to replace the passport.
Book an appointment for Jeddah passport office.
When it is ready for pickup, submit a request from KAUST portal: go to the GA eservices > Passport office> Saudi passport pick-up
Authorize KAUST GA representative through Absher and provide old passport in GA center. Please contact GA for the representative details.
Send by UPS (mail carrier) the required documents to the Government Affairs center
Original passport (if available)
Copy of the Saudi ID or family card for children under 10 years old and without the Saudi ID
Passport form (for children under 10 years old and without the Saudi ID)
Sector visit authorization reference number
1000 SAR fine through SADAD
Applicant who is 10 years old or older must obtain Saudi national ID.
