Login to MOI portal (Absher) to issue the National ID
Book an appointment for ID issuance at the Civil Affairs
Visit the Civil Affairs for taking the picture
After 10 working days, if you prefer GA representative to collect the national ID, submit a request from KAUST portal: Go to GA eservices > Civil services > National ID pick up
Authorize KAUST GA representative through Absher and provide old passport in GA center. Please contact GA for the representative details.
Once the GA representative collect the ID card GA center will send it to your address by the UPS (mail carrier)
Four recently taking photographs of 4 x 6 cm, white background, without glasses and the face needs to be in front of the camera directly.

The presence of the requester with his father, brother, uncle or the legal guardian.
It is mandatory to obtain any Saudi nationals 15 years old or older physical Saudi national identity.
Saudi national 10-15 years old can obtain the national identity, but it is optional.
To apply for Saudi passport issuance, renewal or replacement for lost / damaged, the applicant who is 10 years old or older must obtain the Saudi national identity.
For your national ID collection, If you choose different branch from the submission branch, you must request it at the time you apply.
Female applicant can only choose Jeddah Civil office for ID pick-up.
