Lost or Damaged Iqama Replacement

Iqama is Saudi residence identity which allows a non-Saudi person to live in Saudi Arabia legally. It is also the primary identification accepted while in the Kingdom and should be carried at all times.If resident looses or damages the Iqama, it must be reported immediately to GA center.

Execution Duration: 5 business days
Fees: 1000 SAR

Steps
Requirements

Pay applicable fee thorugh SADAD: Government payment> Resident service > replace Iqama or Change of occupation
Submit a request from KAUST portal: go to GA eservices > Iqama services > Lost or Damaged Iqama Replacement.
Visit GA center in person to fill the form with the Iqama (if you have).

For dependents, please continue the following step.

Pay applicable fees from Saudi bank account (SADAD): Government payment> Resident service > replace Iqama
The resident who lost the Iqama visits GA center to fill the form.
The sponsor needs to submit a request from the Absher.

My services > Passports > Tawasul > Sector: Resident services inside the Kingdom > Service: Report lost or damaged resident ID

Attach the form prepared in GA center, Fill the description: Dependent name, Iqama number, lost place, city and country (if it is outside the Kingdom), time and date.
Contact GA center once you receive the result of the request.
