This procedure is to authorize a person to use one of your vehicle based on the following privileges and rules. The vehicle authorized person will be allowed to drive the vehicle inside and outside the kingdom based on the authorization type.

Login to the MOI “Absher” portal > Vehicle services > Vehicle management > Issue driver authorization > Apply the mandatory fields.
The vehicle authorized person will be allowed to drive the vehicle inside and outside the kingdom based on the authorization type.
The traffic violation will be registered directly to the authorized person.
You can only add authorization for who have a valid Saudi driving license.
You will not be able to add authorization for resident having final exit visa.
You can not authorize a driver if their were traffic violations on either party.
Both parties should have an active Absher account.
