Information Correction

It is an important process to fix mistakes on the original documents such as (Iqama, Birth certificate, Driving license) that have spelling mistakes or inconsistency between the English name and the Arabic name or any other incorrect information.

Execution Duration: 3 business days

Steps
Should Know

Complete the following steps through KAUST portal:

Go to GA eservices > Residency Services > Information correction
Send by UPS (mail carrier) the original document to the Government Affairs center if any documents are needed.

Once the process is done with the original document, the GA center will send it to your address by the UPS (mail carrier).
