Car/ Motorcycle Driving License Lost/ Damaged Replacement

This procedure is to replace lost/ damaged Saudi driving license. It is mandatory to obtain a valid driving license to drive in the Kingdom.

Execution Duration: 5 business days
Fees: 100 SAR

Steps
Requirements

Make a payment through SADAD
Send the required documents to the GA center.
GA Center will provide the information of the representative to make an electronic authorization through the MOI portal (Absher). Once it is made, provide the reference number to GA center.
GA will send a notification when the new driving license is ready.

Copy of the passport (information page and working/study visa page) for non- Saudi
Copy of Iqama/ Saudi national ID
Copy of Saudi Driving License or print out of the electronic driving license
3 X 2cm photograph on white background without eye-glasses
