Birth Certificate Replacement

The Saudi Birth Certificate is an official document that proves the person was born in the Kingdom. This procedure is to replace birth certificate if the original has been lost or damaged.

Steps
Requirements
Should Know

Provide requirements in GA center.
Once the new birth certificate is ready, GA will contact you.

For Saudis

Copy of the birth certificate
Copy of Saudi family card
Copy of the national identity
Copy of the printed report for document loss
Make an appointment for Rabigh Civil Affairs

For non-Saudis

Copy of the birth certificate, if available
Copy of the child Iqama
Copy of the child passport
Copie of both parent passports
Copy of the child’s vaccination record card

Saudi birth certificate is required to issue Iqama or to add a child to a Saudi family card or to any other official Saudi document.
