The Security System User Request Form allows you to request access to the following systems:
- Security Access Control System
- CCTV Surveillance System
- Visitor Management System (VMS)
- License Plate Recognition System

- Requirements
- Should Know
- Access the Form: Click Here to open the Security System User Request Form.
- Enter Your Details: Your KAUST User Name, ID, and Email Information.
- Select System Access: Choose the security systems for which you are requesting access.
- Provide Justification: Briefly explain the reason for your request.
- Submit the Form: Review your details, then submit the form for processing.
To ensure a smooth approval process, please have the following information ready
- Your KAUST User Name, ID, and Email.
- The specific system(s) you need access to.
- Your supervisor’s approval (a digital signature or authorization code may be required)
- A brief explanation of why access is needed
After approval, you will receive an update and be granted access to the requested system(s)
